All downloadable files are Tab separated text files. The headline of each file provides information for each column.

Data source
The lung cancer-implicated gene collection was mainly based on the GeneRIF (Gene Reference Into Func-tion) and PubMed databases. We performed a keyword-based query against GeneRIF and PubMed database to extract relevant sentences using the expression: [(lung OR pulmonary) AND (cancer OR tumor OR tumour OR carcinoma)]. Further literature curation was performed by clustering abstracts, extracting matched cancer subtypes, collecting species information, and formalizing gene symbols. We consolidated 2,507 human genes, 2,267 protein-coding and 240 non-coding genes.
